1) Web Ninja Imports the following from MYOB Exonet database

• Stock Code
• Stock Description (name)
• Notes

• Prices 1 – 6
• Tax Rates
• Categories (primary and secondary)

• Quantity Extra images and notes can be added to this imported data within Web Ninja
  

2) Web Sales are written back into Exonet database as unprocessed Sales Orders to the Cash Sale account, unless you specify differently. Alternatively web customer accounts can be linked directly to customer debtor account

3) Web customer accounts can be linked to Exonet Debtor accounts via online database access to the web server data (customer accounts created online) meaning sales orders from the web integrate back into specific customer accounts in Exonet.

4) Web Customers can be configured to have preferential pricing (imported prices 1 – 6) or given a specific % discount.

5) Ability to manipulate Categories and Sub-categories within Web Ninja to suit publishing needs on the website.

6) Importing of Extra Fields in Exonet into User fields in Web Ninja. These can be used as extra categories and sub categories as well as their standard use as user fields. These fields can be searched on using the Advanced Search function which is a standard web ninja feature.
