Every week Pisces supplies over 2,000 satisfied retail shops and zoos with their products and needed an online solution that allowed their customers to order quickly and easily at any time of the day.
Pisces also recognised they needed an integrated solution so they didn’t have to re-key orders or manually update stock details as they change so often. Being B2B focussed, they already had an ‘information’ website and therefore ‘adding’ a link to Web Ninja’s Online Ordering solution for their ‘retailers’ was a no-brainer.
Implemented in just over a week, Pisces rolled out the solution to their customers in July 2016, seeing the benefits immediately, they have since implemented Online Ordering into two other businesses within the group and have recently upgraded to include Invoice payments on all three online ordering sites.
